At Crimson Mac, we maintain a stock of generic replacement parts for immediate repairs. However, we prioritize sourcing parts based on the serial number of your device to ensure accuracy. Rest assured, all parts are ordered on an overnight basis during weekdays, ensuring timely repairs typically within 24-48 hours.

WHAT IF I CAN'T PAY FOR MY FULL REPAIR COST?

All repairs must be paid in full before the repair can be completed. We offer a variety of financing and payment plans such as Affirm and AfterPay.
